Dino in the desert with background created by homemade “embossing paste” + Video

Hi!

Today I made a card with this uber cute dino from Lawn fawn. I created the background with a home made “embossing paste”. I made it with plaster and colour pigment. I haven’t tried this out before, but I think it turned out really nice! I used this instead of regular embossing paste cause I wanted more structure to the sand. I made a video of the process, take a look if you would like to know more. If you like the video and want to see more, don’t forget to subscribe to my youtube channel.

Take care!

Happy Birthday with a felt owl

Hello!

Today I made my own owl to embellish my card. I started out by sketching an owl on a piece of paper, Then I cut out the different pieces in felt. I adhered everything together with liquid glue . I sew two black beads on as eyes and used chip board stickers to spell out my sentiment, “Hurra” means Hurray in swedish. Finally I used distress ink on the edges of the yellow paper and adhered it on a black piece of cardstock. The card has some dimension to it but I can still mail it in a regular envelope.

I hope you all have a lovely sunday!

Take care!
